A friend, a philosopher and a guide, Dr Suresh Vatsyayann is a family medicine specialist with an MBBS, FCGP, DNB, FRNZCGP, an international MBA with Distinction, and honours graduate with 1st class honours degree in International Health Development and Policy. He has over 70 publications in the various fields affecting health and has invented 10s of new techniques in surgery and medicine both. He has shared the principles behind a healthy life every week with doctors, medical staff and the general public for the last 47 years in Cook Islands, in New Zealand, in India and the world over. Most of the lectures have been part of the series of "Health for All Through Wisdom & Action," a crusade against the epidemic of the non-communicable diseases (NCD) affecting us today. He has astonishing results with over 30 thousand followers and beneficiaries of his guidance and management. Dr Vatsyayann has enlightened great medical, management and health policy audiences world over through participating as a speaker in many countries. He is a firm believer that if every human being starts to understand their body, especially the principles behind the human life cycle, the publics would get enlightenment of how and why the body and the society is getting the increasing burden of NCDs. Therefore, the least effort at the levels of education, environment and policy would get us the maximum dividends by way of reducing the NCD burden, untimely disability and death. He is making a visible difference in the lives of individuals, groups of people and the public through one to one, group and mass communication techniques of his, and feels obliged and thankful to all for being able to share his dream, results and educating techniques with his fellow medical fraternity , especially the junior medical and paramedical staff, opinion leaders, general publics and the younger generations while they are at school and colleges.

Osama A T El Razaky had completed MD Pediatric at age of 32 years from Tanta University .He had postdoctoral studies in cardiac deformation. He is a head of Egyptian Pediatric Cardiology Association and a member of Egyptian universities promotion committee. He now acts as a professor of Pediatric (Cardiology Unit) in Tanta University. He has published 20 papers in international journal and has been serving as a Reviewer for Acta Pediatric. He was a supervisor of 150 MS and 50 MD theses in Pediatrics. He works as echographer in Pediatrics since 25 years. His main interest in TDI, STI and 3D Strain.

Roberto Manfredini, MD, is full professor of Internal Medicine, Director of the Department of Medical Sciences at the University of Ferrara, Italy, and Head of the Clinica Medica Unit, General Hospital of Ferrara, Italy. He has expertise in clinical chronobiology, and he contributed in the identification of rhythmic occurrence of acute cardiovascular diseases along time, eg, hour of the day, day of the week, and month/season of the year. This innovative temporal approach to cardiovascular diseases, i.e., myocardial infarction, acute aortic diseases, pulmonary embolism, stroke, has opened up the potential for improving healthcare via a temporized drug administration (chronotherapy). He has built this innovative knowledge after years of experience in research and teaching both in hospital and education institutions.

Dr. Hallak is currently Chief of Interventional Cardiology Department at American Hospital Dubai, President (gulf Chapter) of international Society of Endovascular Specialists, Chairman of 4TS international conference, and previous Board Member of Emirate Cardiac Society. Dr. Hallak received his post graduate training and research in United States at University of Illinois, Chicago, North Western University and Louisiana University in New Orleans. He is Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease, Vascular Medicine, Endovascular Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology and Internal Medicine. He was the Head of Cardiology Department at Saint Francis Hospital in USA, and assistant Professor at LSU New Orleans and University of West Virginia. He has performed thousands of procedures including Cardiac and Peripheral Vascular Intervention in addition to Pacemaker and ICD/ CRT Implantation. He participated in many national and international research studies with many publications. He involved extensively in local, regional and international cardiology conferences as a Speaker and as a Chairman.

Carola Förster has a convincing track record in (neuro)physiology with a strong focus on the (dis)functions of the blood-brain barrier (BBB). A significant aspect of her research is related to regulation of gene expression at the BBB, specifically by non-coding RNA, particular microRNA, to offer pharmacological solutions to the observed BBB alterations. For this, CF systematically studies the mechanisms from gene regulation, through transcription, to protein degradation and cellular morphology, linking basic science with clinical aspects. After years of experience in research, evaluation, teaching and administration both in hospital and education institutions, CF developed different in vitro and in vivo models of cerebrovascular disease and established recently a division of computational model to further strengthen this area of research.

Bernard Cheung graduated from the University of Cambridge. He was a British Heart Foundation Junior Research Fellow at Cambridge before taking up lectureships in Sheffield and Hong Kong. In 2007-2009, he held the chair in Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics in Birmingham. He is currently the Sun Chieh Yeh Heart Foundation Professor in Cardiovascular Therapeutics and heads the Division of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics in the Department of Medicine of the University of Hong Kong. He is an Honorary Consultant Physician of Queen Mary Hospital and the Medical Director of the Phase 1 Clinical Trials Centre. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Postgraduate Medical Journal.
